"Terrible shipping and support experience"
What was supposed to be a 2-day delivery ended up taking 2 weeks. When the stuff finally showed up, it was all wrong, and instead of a proper refund, I got a cheaper replacement. Steer clear if you want to save yourself some disappointment.

"Vibrant, Joyful, and Full of Color"
This is super vibrant, joyful, and full of color. It’s perfect for both kids and grown-ups to enjoy together. The shop features elves in all sorts of shapes and sizes that you can snag for yourself or as gifts. The whole setup feels like an elf adoption agency, which is a really cute and unique concept. They refer to the checkout as Santa's Bag. When you check out My Elf, you can personalize it, but I think that part of the site was down when I stopped by. Other than that, it’s pretty easy to get around and definitely worth the time for the fun experience.

"Awesome shopping experience!"
Awesome shopping experience! If you've got a kid between 4 and 7, you gotta grab this right away. It's a cute little elf that perches on a shelf and keeps an eye on your little one, then tells Santa whether they've been good or bad. Such a smart concept, and the kiddos are all about it!
